Huulindaa is licensed to You (End-User) by Huulindaa, located and registered at 15r khoroo, Ulaanbaatar, UB 13120, Mongolia (Licensor), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform (App Store) and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement. App Store is referred to in this License Agreement as Services.
The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that the Services are not a Party to this License Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations related to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support. Huulindaa, not the Services, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
This License Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that conflict with the latest Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Huulindaa acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review these Usage Rules and that this License Agreement does not conflict with them.
Huulindaa, when purchased or downloaded through the Services, is licensed to You for use only under this License Agreement. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. The application is to be used on devices that operate with Apple's operating systems (iOS and Mac OS).
Huulindaa ("Licensed Application") is software created for Tests and questions for Law test in Mongolia — customized for iOS mobile devices ("Devices"). It is used for testing own skill, practicing law, and preparing for law exam in Mongolia.
The Licensor is solely responsible for any maintenance and support. You can contact the Licensor via email in the App Store Overview. The Services have no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
You acknowledge that Licensor can access and adjust Your downloaded app content and personal information, subject to Licensor's privacy policy available within the app.
Licensor may collect technical data about your device to provide product support, facilitate software updates, and improve services in a way that does not personally identify you.
The Licensed Application does not offer users to submit or post content, but may provide the opportunity to create or submit Contributions (text, video, audio, etc.). Contributions may be viewable by other users or third parties and are governed by the app Privacy Policy.
You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Licensed Application, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property or proprietary rights associated with them. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to exonerate us from any responsibility and refrain from legal action regarding your Contributions.
Licensor's responsibility for violation of obligations or tort is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations), Licensor will also be liable for slight negligence. Liability is limited to foreseeable, contractually typical damages. This limitation does not apply to injury to life, limb, or health.
Licensor is not responsible for damages caused by breaches of duties in Section 2. You must use backup features of the Licensed Application to avoid data loss. Alterations or manipulations of the Licensed Application may result in loss of access.
Licensor warrants that at the time of download, the Licensed Application is free of spyware, viruses, trojan horses, or other malware and works as described in the user documentation.
No warranty is provided for the Licensed Application if it is unauthorizedly modified, used with inappropriate hardware or software, or affected by reasons outside Licensor's control.
You must inspect the Licensed Application immediately after installation and notify Huulindaa (via the Contact Information section) without delay of any issues. Defect reports will be considered if emailed within 30 days after discovery.
If a defect is confirmed, Huulindaa may remedy the situation either by fixing the defect or providing substitute delivery.
In case of failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify the Services Store Operator for a refund of your purchase price. The Store Operator has no other warranty obligations.
For entrepreneurs, claims based on faults expire 12 months after the Licensed Application was made available. Statutory limitation periods apply for consumers.
Huulindaa and the End-User acknowledge that Huulindaa, not the Services, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application or your use of it, including but not limited to:
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government prohibited or restricted parties list.

This license is valid until terminated by Huulindaa or by You. Rights terminate automatically without notice if terms are breached. Upon termination, you must stop using and destroy all copies of the Licensed Application.
Huulindaa represents and warrants that it will comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application.
In accordance with Section 9 of the “Instructions for Minimum Terms of Developer's End-User License Agreement,” Apple's subsidiaries shall be third-party beneficiaries of this End User License Agreement and — upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement — Apple will have the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this License Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
Huulindaa and the End-User acknowledge that, should any third party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes on their intellectual property rights, Huulindaa — not the Services — is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Mongolia, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
If any term of this agreement is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones that fulfill the primary purpose.
Collateral agreements, changes, and amendments are only valid if written. The preceding clause can only be waived in writing.
